The Four Fridays Challenge
How about turning the least productive time of the week into the most inventive. The Four Fridays Challenge works with a team over four consecutive Friday afternoons to develop a suite of new products or services. This is a deeper experience of the Inventors Bootcamp.
- Day 1: Observation and Empathy techniques: after this class participants will engage with customers and potential customers in a new way, designed to get qualitative information about customer needs and desires
- Day 2: Brainstorming: Armed with a new customer understanding we hold a fun brainstorming session, developing as many targeted ideas as possible.
- Day 3: Prototyping: Armed with our ideas, participants develop basic prototypes that can be tested in the market
- Day 4: Living Creativity: Now that we have market tested we present our prototypes and examine how we can bring lessons into the everyday work sphere.
